What do you do after you place an order from an English website and send it to our warehouse?
You inform us that the package is on its way, and send us by email a copy of the purchase invoice including the purchase amount. Email address for sending a copy of the invoice is contact@shopukbrands.com
What else should be emailed to us?
In a day or so you will receive an email from the English courier company informing you that your order is on its way to our warehouse in England including a tracking number of the package. Forward this email to the exact address: contact@shopukbrands.com
At the top of the email please add in English:
1. Your full name including your personal code
2. Your address in your country including zip code
3. Your mobile phone number in your country.
When the package arrives at our warehouse we will weigh it and depending on its weight we will send you a link to pay for the shipment from England to the destination in your country. And after you make the payment we will start preparing your package for delivery from England to you.
• Any English site you purchase on, you will also need to register as a customer, please register as a local English customer with our warehouse address so that the English site will treat you as an English customer and will not send you to its international site (there are usually no discounts…)
